Consiting of a Technical Director (Paul Bishop) and a small group of Support Engineers (Gavin Gunn and Graham Hicks), the Technical Team is the heart of Abussi
They are on hand to provide Remote Support via our Abussi Rescue service, telepone assistance via our dedicated helpline or site visists to manage your infrastructure
In addition, they review all reports gathered from our monitoring software and ensure that the daily, weekly and monthly checks are processed as required
By making sure we provide you with the top quality service you need, the Technical Team is monitoring your systems for reliability and providing timely support so that you gain maximum return on your investment
