Introduction to Abussi
Hi. This is Craig Sharp, and you're listening to the first ever podcast from Abussi.
We think this is a great medium for sharing topical information about IT. So we're planning to bring you a regular podcast each month, on a variety of hot issues covering everything from security and anti-virus protection to remote monitoring for optimising performance and uptime. We'll make sure we cover the subjects our clients are talking and thinking about, with practical ideas on how you can improve your IT to get it really working for you.
If you know Abussi, you'll know our philosophy. We don't see why large organisations should be the only ones to enjoy the benefits of professionally managed IT. If you're running a small or medium-sized business, you need great IT too to help you develop and grow. And you probably face all the same issues as bigger companies - like security, connectivity, reliability, uptime, and change management. It's just that they're on a different scale.

As you can probably tell, Abussi has moved on a lot over the past year. We've increased our business, taken on more people, and moved into modern new premises. Many of our clients are now getting the benefits of our managed services programme, where we take complete responsibility for their IT and all the areas that touch it - including vendor management and mission-critical remote monitoring.
