Why is your service different?
Abussi doesn't make a charge for time spent resolving an issue or for visting your office. We charge for a service, a service that provides your business with a dedicated IT team whos job is to ensure you have as few problems as possible.
How do you charge for your service?
We have a standard price matrix which we use to calculate a flat monthly charge for each client. It is based on the number of PC's, servers, networks and printers. If you grow we don't change the monthly charge straight away. We review the matrix each year and reflect any increases annaully
What is Remote Monitoring?
Remote Monitoring is a tool we use for receiving updates on your systems 24/7. We receive information from your server(s) about backup, virus files, disk capacity and much more. This information warns us of potential problems before they impact your business, thus allowing time to resolve them early.
So you just look after our computers then?
