Technical Team

Consisting of a Technical Director (Paul Bishop) and a small group of Support Engineers (including Gavin Gunn), the Technical Team is the heart of Abussi.

They are on hand to provide Remote Support via our Abussi Rescue service, telephone assistance via our dedicated helpline, or site visits to manage your infrastructure. In addition, they review all reports gathered from our monitoring software and ensure that the daily, weekly, and monthly checks are processed as required.

Business Team

Consisting of a Managing Director and a Management Accountant, the Business Team is focused on making sure we provide you with the top quality service you need.

Our financial processes ensure that you receive regular updates on your account status and that all invoices are processed at the same time each month to help your financial controller. Our Business Team takes time to seek feedback from our clients, to provide updates on current service levels and to ensure that the best possible service is being provided.
